Caroline M. Ward December 13, 1942 – January 9, 2021 Caroline M. Ward, 78, of Lakeville, IN passed away at home on January 9, 2021 surrounded by family and her beloved dogs. Caroline was born on December 13, 1942 to Woodward and Goldie (Cudney) McNeal. She was married on October 17, 1964 to Ralph L Ward Sr. During their marriage and while raising their family, Caroline worked at several factories and restaurants. She enjoyed fishing, spending time with her family and taking care of her fur babies, Summer and Coco. She also enjoyed playing Bingo and card games. Caroline was a strong woman who loved deeply. Caroline is survived by her daughter: Brenda (John) Bone of Lakeville, IN; son: Ralph L Ward L Ward II of Lakeville, IN; son/brother: Tony (Brenda) McNeal of Mishawaka, IN; brother: Gene McNeal; sister: Shirley LaBere; son-in-law: Francisco Avila; 22 grandchildren, and many great- and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers: Richard and Melvin McNeal Sr.; son/brother: Terry McNeal; and daughters: Tammie Sue Adams, Linda Kay Ward and Tina Marie Avila. Private family services will be held followed by burial at Burr Oak Cemetery. The Odom Funeral Home, Culver, is entrusted with arrangements. |
