Randi A. Fischer
June 26, 1942 – January 18, 2021

Randi A. Fischer, 78, was called to her heavenly home on January 18, 2021.
Randi was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on June 26, 1942, to Harry and Erna Davidson. She married Charles D.
Fischer of Jefferson, Wisconsin, on August 22, 1964, and was a loving, faithful, and supportive wife for these past 56
years.
Charles and Randi lived in Durand, Illinois until 1986, where she was employed by Durand State Bank. The family
moved to Culver, Indiana in 1986 to take positions at Culver Academies.  She was a Godly woman who loved the
Lord and her family and set an example for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren that will guide them
all of their lives.
Randi loved her Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, with all her heart, and she loved God’s Word. She was a member of
Trinity Lutheran Church in Culver. She served the church in many ways. She loved her Bible study classes and is
remembered for her regular comment, “Well, I don’t know the answer to that question. But I will be sure to ask the
good Lord when I see Him!”
Randi is survived by her loving husband, Chuck Fischer of Plymouth, Indiana. She will be missed by her children:
daughters Kim Kephart (Jim) and Beka Sorg of Culver, Indiana; David Fischer (Dana) of Fredericksburg, Virginia;
and Michael Fischer of Huntersville, North Carolina, as well as eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 23, 2021, from 9:45 – 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in
Culver, followed by a service to celebrate her life at 11:00 a.m. in the sanctuary.  Following the service, there will be
a lunch served and a time of fellowship in the fellowship hall of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Flowers are welcome, or memorials may be made to Culver Academies (for student financial aid), the school she
loved and worked at for 21 years.
