Edna Mae Craft, 85, of Culver, passed away on June 3, 2018 in Culver, Indiana.
Edna Mae was born on April 8, 1933 in rural Marshall County, Indiana, one of 3 children born to Joseph and
Louise (Krull) Von Ehr. Just after graduating from Culver High School she met Lyman Craft. They were married
on August 15, 1953, in Culver. Together they raised 2 children.
Edna Mae worked at the State Exchange Bank in Culver for over 40 years. She began as a teller and eventually
became Vice President of the payroll department. After her retirement from the bank, she began working for the
Town of Culver, working at the town hall and then walking the town reading meters.
.Edna Mae was a longtime member, and helped in the kitchen of the Culver Eagles. She loved to read and
mushroom hunt in the spring. She was a faithful member of Grace United Church of Christ in Culver.
She is survived by her son Robert (Barb) Craft of Plymouth; daughter Gale Craft of Culver; brother Walter Von
Ehr of Elkhart; sister Margaret Dehne of Culver; and grandsons Austin(KayleighEllis) Craft and Zach(Cayla Jolly)

In death by her parents, Joe and Louise,and husband Lyman.
A time to share memories with the family will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 from
4:30 - 7:30 PM EST at the Odom Funeral Home in Culver. Funeral Services will follow on Saturday, June 9,
2018 at 10:30 AM EST at the funeral home, Rev. Lyle Breeding will officiate.
Burial will follow at the Culver Masonic Cemetery in Culver with a luncheon following at the Grace United Church
of Christ, Culver.
Memorials may be given in Edna Mae’s memory to the Grace United Church of Christ, Culver, the Culver Food
Pantry, or the Marshall Co. Humane Society.
